21 DAY CHALLENGE INFORMATION
The first Monday of each month we run a 21 Day Challenge. The purpose is to help you get into the best shape possible. An opportunity to lose a dress/trouser size.
As part of this we will provide support and encouragement via a Facebook group. Photos and measurements to be taken at the beginning and end of the Challenge. We will provide healthy meal and snack ideas. Increasing activity (exercise) will be encouraged, but just activities you enjoy so easy to continue long term.
