21 Day Challenge
Each calendar monthe we run a 21 Day Challenge, normally starting on the first Monday in the month The purpose is to help you get into the best shape possible, which might be losing a dress/trouser size, improving fitness, or improving energy.
As part of this we give support and encouragement via a Facebook group. Photos and measurements to be taken at the beginning and end of the Challenge. We will post healthy meal plan, snack ideas, as well as excerice routines . Increasing activity (exercise) will be encouraged, but just activities you enjoy so easy to continue long term.
There is a small charge for the challenge, but all the income is paid out as prize money to people with the top results over the 21 days. It means that you can be making lifestyle improvements and winning money at the same time.
